25th Anniversary Friends of the Tree Society -20 piastre

The Friends of the Tree Society promoted tree planting, environmental awareness and the protection of Lebanon’s landscapes. Its work encouraged citizens to recognize the ecological value of forests and green spaces. The twenty-fifth anniversary celebrated sustained civic action for conservation. Tree planting supports soil protection, water management, biodiversity and the preservation of landscapes important to Lebanese identity.
